Masterplan concept 2016 - 2017

An outline concept for a new logistic park and industrial zone at Vorsino in Kaluga Region - strategically located 67km to the south-west of Moscow, at the cross over of the M3 Moscow – Kaluga highway and the A108 Bolshoye Moscow Ring Road. It is also positioned on the Moscow – Kiev railway and in close proximity to Yermolino Regional Airport.

The site for the Freight Village comprises a series of distinct land plots covering an area of 570 hectares at the location of an existing warehouse facility and customs terminal at FV Vorsino. The brief was to develop a robust master plan strategy for multi-functional use, includes plots and development for: Logistics warehousing, Container yards, Customs terminal, Light industrial use, Industrial use (category 3), Petrol station and truck service, Office administration and hotel, Hostel accommodation and social amenities.
